Right foot, ankle, digits: hallux broken, tip of bone is exposed.
Right remiges: first couple of primaries are loose/missing

Exam:
Standing in box. BAR. Noted broken hallux with bone exposed, admin torb. Concerns with OU. Right primaries have been pulled, something is missing and a few are loose. Scrubbed and flushed talon. Covered with SSD, duaderm, telfa and taped and placed vet wrap around. Finished treatment and placed in KR2.

Trob: 0.15 ml IM
Meloxi: 0.08 IM
